The Eye Clinic is the best I’ve ever been to. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Top notch equipment as well. Everyone made my visit extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them!

Amazing experience. Alexus, the customer service representative at the front desk, was so patient, courteous, and accommodating. After discovering a time conflict with our existing appointment, I called to reschedule. Alexus gave us the earliest available appointment. I took the appointment but told her I had another preferred time. She took a note. I never thought she would follow up on this. Amazingly, she did. She called me immediately after my preferred slot was available. I was so impressed. Dr. McClure was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered all the questions and concerns we had. I would highly recommend The Eye Clinic to anyone.

One of the most pleasant experiences for ourselves and our young children. The staff at the front desk and the team as a whole are very helpful, polite, and professional. Dr. McClure was extremely patient and understanding when we brought our special needs daughter, and made the experience truly positive for her. I am extremely appreciative of that. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Acosta. She is a consummate professional, but more than that, she is relatable...a real person. I don't feel like, 'next' at her office. She takes time to 'hear' your needs/concerns, and provides answers that only come with the 'E' word...Experience. She is thorough, but understanding and has provided me with excellent care and guidance, and upon the need for referral, has always placed me in likewise, 'good hands' (especially when I had a torn retina). I highly recommend her to anyone in need of eye care (thats all of us at some point). Give her practice a try. I trust you will be pleased. Awesome service.10/10 would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a new optometrist. The front desk lady (Emma) was extremely helpful and had great customer service. The Doctor (Dr.Acosta) was amazing had the most positive attitude and talked me through the entire process to ensure that I was comfortable. Jeff who helped me adjust the fitting of my glasses was the best guy for the job. He ensured that my glasses looked good and that there weren’t any problems.

I’ve going to Doctor Acosta for 10 years for my yearly exams and treatment of a chronic eye condition. She is not only an excellent doctor, but a kind, caring person. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I have been coming here for a little over a year and happened to find this place due to an emergency after hanging lights in 2023. and they took me in immediately. Great staff , friendly and knowledgeable. They are very informative and helpful in providing suggestions . I loved it so much I recommended it to my wife and she switched and also loves their service. 5 out of 5 stars

What a pleasure to find an office with friendly, polite, professional staff from the front desk to the doctor. Very thorough exam that answered all my questions, including follow up on an issue no other clinic was able to address. Very much appreciated. This will be the only vision clinic I use in San Antonio.

We had a good experience at the eye clinic. My som is 11 and doesn’t like eye dialation and it wasn’t mandatory. Dr. McClure (a female) is knowledgeable and good with children. David helped me pick frames and apply my insurance. He was pleasant and helpful. And the technology in the Eye Clinic is updated compared to what I have seen other places.
